This mat is designed to show positioning from multiple layers at once. Not just what someone is doing, but where they are operating from, how they are being perceived, what is actually true beneath that, and how it is all moving. You are not reading for answers here. You are mapping alignment, misalignment, influence, and direction in real time.

Each section represents a different layer of reality. What is driving the position, what is being presented, how it is being received, what is actually going on underneath, how the narrative is being controlled, how much influence exists, how stable it is, and where it is heading. No single section tells the full story. The clarity comes from how they interact.

This mat does not need to be read in order. You can enter anywhere and still get something accurate. If something feels obvious, start at the surface. If something feels off, go straight to actual position or narrative control. If something feels unstable, go to stability or movement. You are following the strongest signal, not forcing a structure.

It works best when you read both sides across the same positions. Side A and Side B. Two people, two groups, or two perspectives. The power is in comparison. One may be stable while the other is reactive. One may be controlling the narrative while the other is responding to it. One may appear aligned but is internally conflicted. That contrast is where the truth shows up. This is not about prediction. It is about seeing clearly enough to understand how something is being shaped and where it is likely to move next based on that positioning.
